This new build complex consists of three boutique spacious garden apartments designed to provide the ultimate in beach living.

Located on the edge of Bronte Beach the apartments replace a tired old rundown block of six apartments with a street frontage of garages. 

With the parking relocated underground and a modern articulated building constructed in its place, the aesthetical appearance to the street is enhanced. 

All apartments are designed to maximise the stunning outlook over the ocean and access to each individual external garden oasis is provided.
