A contemporary new build dual occupancy for family living in a coastal environment.

Within easy walking distance to the beach this development aimed to maximise the area of the site to provide two large homes aimed at comfortable family living.

Clean crisp lines of the rendered planes were combined with the warmth of timber cladding.
